Mr. Cavaliere is President of the Cavaliere Companies, which has performed several prominent design/build development projects in southeast Michigan. The Cavaliere family has been in the construction and real estate industry for over 60 years. Mr. Cavaliere gained hands on experience working at his father's firm beginning at a young age.

With a superior team of professionals, the Cavaliere Companies has provided design, civil engineering, construction, development and property management services, in addition to developing and managing 2.5 million square feet of assets with internal resources throughout the years.

Mr. Cavaliere has extensive experience in the design, development, construction and management of all real estate asset sectors with an emphasis on multi-family and large tract single family development, medical office buildings, government buildings, and retail centers.

After the company had established itself in the industry as a public works preferred contractor for local, county, and state government, it expanded into design, build, development projects in the early 70’s. The ability to deliver led the company to establish relationships to perform design, build and lease projects with multiple hospital systems and privately held companies, as well as government agencies.
