Currently, Macomb County Community Mental Health leases approximately 57,000 square feet of office facilities in Macomb County. SOMERSET PLASTIC SURGERY
Dear Lorenzo, It seems like only yesterday when we first met and discussed the concept of building a multi-surgeon plastic surgery office in Troy. Since that time, our vision has come to fruition and Somerset Plastic Surgery is now a reality and running very smoothly. I have been in practice as a plastic surgeon for over 15 years now and in the course of my career I have personally been involved in the build-out of several offices. Therefore, I do believe that I have considerable experience in overseeing the design and construction of medical office space. I can say without hesitation that working with Cavaliere Companies has by far been the most pleasurable experience I have had in designing and constructing medical office space. In the time between the finalization of the design and receiving the certificate of occupancy, I can say that my participation in the project was relatively effortless. Your work crews executed the construction of the project just as planned and your project managers were very attentive to our needs and requests when changes were requested. I would like to especially commend you and your firm for the courtesy and timeliness in which you responded to our requests for modifications and changes. As a busy plastic surgeon, I was somewhat dreading the thought of building out a new office, having had experience with several projects like this in the past. I was very fearful of the time commitments that would be imposed upon me in carrying out this project, but because of the professionalism and responsiveness of your firm, the office project was completed just as conceptualized and with very little time taken from the busy practices of the surgeons involved. We have been in the office for a little over two months now and the design is working just as well as expected. You and your firm continue to be very responsive and timely whenever small glitches are encountered. If ever I undertake a project like this again, I would certainly call upon you immediately to take care of all the design and construction. It has certainly been a pleasure and I look forward to an ongoing relationship.
